If you research the tax revenue of the state of Colorado which has no issues whatsoever financially I think the solution to the United States' economic problem is to decriminalize all cannabis. Start growing hemp for textiles and fuel and give people who need a little time to relax something other than alcohol which causes issues from homelessness to domestic violence.
