Little League World Series Finale A Game and a Half!

in #life5 years ago

Okay guyz all I got is OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO….MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM…..Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

It is no secret that I love baseball. And while major-league ball rarely disappoints, I have to say that each year about this time I look forward to seeing the best of the best in Little League play.

Today’s finale had me near tears of joy as I watched the future of baseball show the pros how it’s done. ;+)

Curacao and Louisiana put on a game and a half even if the score was a shut out.

While Louzain, as it’s known in my neck of the woods, loaded up the hits, Curacao’s agility to catch and land base throws was something incredible.

I know there can only be one ‘winner’, but, I have to say Curacao put on a memorable display of how to command a ball.

Clearly, there are some future pro players on both of the teams.

Congratulations to all, and especially to the 2019 Little League winners of Louisiana.

Got to love it! I’m already looking forward to next year’s games.

Btw, here’s a link to game highlights that will leave you rooting simultaneously for both sides.

Thanks to all the teams, start to finish for stellar playing.

I’d be amiss to not offer a special congrats to 12 year-old Maddy Freking being the only female in the Little League World Series. Her ability to hang with the boys was quite impressive.

Best regards to all.

Peace.
