Malakhamb is a traditional sport in India, in which the players show a variety of feathers on a wooden pole or rope. There are three types of popular in the national competition.
History
The oldest evidence of Mallakhamb is found in the Dwapar era during the time of Lord Shri Krishna but in modern India there is a supernatural event of the birth of Mallakhhb. It is said that two mall Ali and Gulab, who fell into the shelter of the Nizam of Hyderabad, came to Poona and challenged for wrestling their joints in the Peshwa court. Every day a goat and two savvy wrestlers were very strong. Balabhata Dada Deodhar, aware of the fact that his wrestler was not at that time in Rajshahi, accepted the challenge. The time fixed for six months is fixed. First of all Dada Deodhar has performed Saptashringi Devi's 21-day ritual near Nashik. Goddess Mother happily explained that Sakshat Hanumanji will come and guide you. That's what happened. Hanumanji, the god of power and intellect, gave visions and displayed a variety of asanas and Oriya (one type of exercise) in the field of meditation on Vishal Gol wood. Dada Deodhar, who practiced hard work on wooden pillars of the Oriya, defeated both of these wrestlers by making their bodies vajra. In this way, Hanumanji became the first guru of this science and trained by him, Shri Balabhatta Dada Deodhar, the pioneer in the development of Mallakham Shastra. Later, he spread the Mallakhha in the entire country. His beloved disciple, Shri Damodar Guru Modhe, ie Shri Achyutanand Swami Maharaj, started touring all over the country and established Akhad in place and introduced the traditional game Mallakshba.
Fixed Malcom (For Men Only)
The fixed (permanent) malakhamb is displayed on the ground, 10 to 12 feet high of sagoon or rosewood and 5 to 6 inches from the bottom and 1.5 to 2 inch diameter woodwork is displayed.
Henging Malachham (For Men Only)
This is called a small version of fixed malckham. It usually uses balance practice. With the help of a hook and chain on wooden poles, a second timber is suspended at a height of 3.5 to 4 feet from the ground and it is maligned by the players.
Shape Malakham
It is a modern type of malckham used primarily for women players. Various yogic currencies are shown in collaboration with rope.
Identity of malckham
In the nineteenth century, the Guru of the Peshwa Bajirao II, Mr. Balam Bhatt Dadra Deodhar gave a new identity to this mode. In 1958, for the first time, the National Gymnastics Championship, Malakhm was inducted into national level competitions.
