Have you seen *Inception*? Sometimes I feel that the real world is not real, that all the time I'm dreaming... My way to break away from this feeling is good work out or a fight.

**Nothing awakes you better than a punch in the face! :)**

Don't be afraid to get hurt or get bruises. Treat them as trophies, be proud of your scratches and black eye. Go ahead and find yourself nearest martial arts classes! Box, kickboxing, MMA, krav maga, BJJ... doesn't matter what you choose, it will bring you endorphins! 

And when you finally go into the ring: 

First: clear your mind, leave it empty. 

Prepare your self: fighting pose in guard: Hands high, elbows protect lower parts of your chest, chin low eyes on the oponent. 

Blance on the legs move forward. Short powerful blow left right low kick... Don't look at the point where you hit. Every move gets the target. No wasted moves. If a blow is missed, hit on the way back. 

Bang, you were hit, shock for a short while. Doge dip and hit again. 

Never quit until you're on the ground consciousness or in a lever.

After all, you'll feel great, alive and awake! Try it once and it will draw you in.
