Hey Guys!
Haven't written for quite some time now. Been busy with life in general, and have now returned to the Philippines for our new Japanese restaurant. I've also stopped trading cryptos and just Holding for the most part. So yeah, decided to challenge myself by running up a Bankroll of 20$ to $1,000 by playing Online Poker and I wanted to share it to you guys!
Day 1
So the games that I would be playing is mostly cash games at Pokerstars, I have played only over a million hands in total of my online poker career and mostly are from this site, however I don't really recommend anyone to play on this site anymore because of the horrible rake structure and players are tougher compared to other sites. However, this site has the most traffic of them all and games are running 24/7.
So not everyone is familiar that you can play multiple tables online. This is one of the reasons why that many prefers playing Online Poker compared to going to the Casino. You save time, money and get to play more hands online. Having said that though, games are generally more harder compared to playing in a Casino.
So the game that I will playing is at the lowest stake .01 and .02 cents, and I will be playing 4 tables of Zoom Poker. Zoom is a format in which if you "folded" you get dealt another hand immediately.
Also, if you look closely at the picture, there are statistics on the side of each players. This is what we call a "HUD" basically what it does is it records all the statistics of my opponents. And most of my decisions are based on their "statistics" on how I will play my given hand versus them.
So after I've finished my session, I will be posting my graph for the day.
I have not played on this stakes for a long time and I must say, it was interesting to say the least. What is 2$ after all haha. I took it seriously and overall I think I played well. However, I think I could do better and play longer but I simply don't have the time anymore to grind out long sessions.
This picture shows how much money I made from each position from the table. In general, you will lose money from the Small Blind (SB) and Big Blind (BB) in the long run because it is the hardest position from the table. And you should make most of your money from the Button (BTN) because you have position over your opponent/s.
To sum things up, I am not doing this challenge for monetary purposes. I'am doing this purely for the challenge. I'am now focusing my time and energy on our new Japanese restaurant, it is still on process and the place is now on renovation. As for my portfolio I have 80% BTC and only 20% Alts.
Current Bankroll: $31.42
Day 1: +$11.42
