A Positive Attitude Is Your Decision

in #life4 years ago

If you have a positive attitude, if you are motivated by a positive frame of mind and self-esteem, and believe that YOU have a lot more to offer than those who have less, I guarantee, you will have a happier life and a more fulfilling professional career than those who are just "dont want to fail". The rest is to your benefit and not theirs.

All of those people who take time off from their passion careers because they see what is happening in their target company and become discouraged, are wrong. They should still be prepared to come back to their most passionate passion, if that's what they want.

Positive people always believe what they want to believe and always do what they want to do. They do not need external influences that force them to conform or do what other people do. Positive people change things when they want to change things. They do not accept fear, doubt, guilt, judgement, doubt or selfishness as a basis for making decisions. Without having to work at it, they gain the inner strength, belief and wisdom to be able to change the world around them for the better.

It's the most important thing in your life. Some people have to make this decision more than others, because they don't think their lives would be complete if they didn't change. Maybe you have made the decision already, but now you have to make it stick and to go through the process of change, so that when you do make the change, it will be the right decision. You might look at this and say: "I'm not really able to take any more, because I've had enough of this." Not true. Why? Because this decision is much more important to you than the feeling of pain you will get if you did not change.

Your success doesn't depend on anyone else. It depends on YOU. Your goal is to reach a new level of job satisfaction so you can stop worrying about money and start focusing on your personal success. Identify the questions that cause you to make excuses about why you don't have what you want or need and write them down. You are much more likely to take action when you feel comfortable asking "why not me?" instead of "why me?".

Whether your goal is to be the best salesperson or to earn the greatest amount of money, positive, confident thinking is a sure way to success. Those who fail to form a positive, optimistic outlook tend to lose out on several valuable sources of control, such as the ability to create, make, and keep productive relationships, hold enjoyable relationships, deal with stress, and excel in work or business. Intelligent optimism is a strong attribute that will enable you to grow both personally and professionally.

Believe in yourself and in yourself will always pay off. I never found that you have to look for your "people skills." What I found instead was that I needed to exercise them. That is, have to work on and become more of the human being that I already am. It's the difference between not being human and being human.
