Hey all folks, Usman11 here and today i will describe the strength of positive thinking how to make easy decision making powers, understanding every aspect of life in an easy way because everyday brings new strength and new thoughts.
Positive thinking help us to manage the stress and it automatically improves our health too and we should practice overcoming the negative self talking. If a glass is placed half empty of half full what would be your answer about this old age question? It is all about positive thinking and it reflects our outlook on life, our attitude towards ourselves or we are optimistic or pessimistic as this is integrated with our health so it may affect our health both mentally and physically too. There are many studies that shows the personality traits like optimism and pessimism can effect our health and well being we should think positive and it will come with optimism which is key part of effective stress management as it is directly connected with many health benefits and if we chose to be pessimistic then no need to despair we can learn many positive thinking skills.
Surround yourself with positive minds
This aspect of life is most important we had to surround ourselves with those people who had positive thinking and positive minds because such intelligent people are so supportive and we can depend on them to get helpful advice and feedback thus negative people may increase our stress level and make us doubt our ability to manage the stress in healthy ways.
Practicing the positive self talk
We should start with following one simple rule and that is Don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't said to anyone we should be gentle and encouraging with ourselves if a negative thought enters in our mind then evaluate it rationally and respond with affirmation what is good about ourselves in it and just one time think about the things that we are thankful in our life. I will give you some examples that will some how better make you think to change their aspects
"I had never done this thing before" This is negative self talk and it should be avoided and we should say this in this aspect Its' an opportunity to learn something that i hadn't utilize.
"I am too lazy to get it done" Instead of saying this we should said this " I wasn't able to fit this in my schedule but i can re-examine some priorities"
"(Negative self thinking) No one bother to communicate with me".
"(Positive self Thinking) I will see i will open the communication channels further"
