It's your party and you can cry if you want to, but I intend to watch the process play out, because nothing is written in stone and the worse the economic conditions get, the more likely substantive action to cure non-functional mechanisms becomes. Financial fraud can be corrected simply by folks with evidence anonymously contacting tips.fbi.gov and enabling laws against fraud to be enforced. Particularly since SWC involves financing shady characters in Venezuela, the US State Department is highly focused on enforcing the economic embargo against Venezuela, and it is strongly incentivized to investigate economic assets being diverted to Venezuelan entities outside US-approved parties.

I think it is unlikely that such blatant mismanagement will be able to be maintained for long in the political environment affecting US/Venezuelan economic activity. It is up to folks like you that have specific knowledge of crimes to trigger law enforcement to prosecute such crimes. Those of us being plundered from afar have no such familiarity with the actors and actions committing the crimes.
