Found It
I was driving around when I encountered this gem of a car. The Excalibur is designed by Brooks Stevens and is styled after a 1928 Mercedes-Benz SSK. This particular one is a 1984 Series IV Phaeton, of which only 236 were produced. In all from 1964-1995 a lottle over 3200 cars were produced.

Seeing Double
The car features two full sized spare tires, located in hard-cases on either side of the body.

This Particular Model
The 1984 Series IV was the first to feature a hard trunk and electric sliding glass windows as well as central locking, cruise control, electric seats, and an am\fm stereo cassette player. It came available with both a hard and soft top. The Interior is Connolly hide.

With a GM 5.0 (305) it's neither a drag car nor a slouch. Comfortable luxury with some pep
