'Tis the season now?

We are getting closer to Christmas.
Yes yes..., I hear you...
It's Thanksgiving first before anything else. Gotcha! 😁

Honestly, I'm already feeling the Christmas spirit. It is indeed my favorite time of the year! :)

Anyway, if you live in the Philippines, Christmas decorations are already up on September 1st. hahaha

Christmas songs are already being played all day at any mall and it's beginning to look flashy and colorful. 😍

I know, it sounds ridiculous 'cause it's too early but we celebrate the Christmas holidays for a very long period. I think we Filipinos are known for it.

Take note we do not have a 'thanksgiving' holiday and we don't celebrate on 'Halloween', I mean you can if you want to but not everyone does.

I think Christmas is the biggest holiday in the Philippines. Haaaaayyyy... I miss it so much... I miss home...

Oh well, I'm welcoming November with open arms!!
This weekend we are planning to do a general cleaning at home so we can start putting up Christmas decorations.

We're not skipping Thanksgiving, don't worry it's just that I don't have much decorating to do for it. I've been telling myself "you know what, I'll decorate next year!" for the last 5 years already and I don't think I will. haha, peace!

My hubby and his family always celebrate Thanksgiving together and I'm here for it. hehe

His mom makes a good turkey on that day! Yum! with those extra soft mashed potatoes with gravy! Hmm, I'm craving it!

I'm here for the food, you know. hahaha! :)
