Today I want to remember what my New Year was like in 2022.
My mom and I decorated her apartment. My family and I agreed to celebrate the year 2022 at my mother's.
Each of the family members had to cook something for the festive table.
I had to cook a "Herring under a fur coat". Sounds weird, right?

Ingredients:

Salted herring - 2 pcs.
Boiled beetroot (medium) - 1 pc.
Boiled potatoes - 4 pcs .
Boiled carrots - 2 pcs .
Onion - 1 pc .
Boiled eggs - 4 pcs .
Mayonnaise - to taste

How to cook herring under a fur coat:

Layer 1: herring (fillet is cut into small cubes).
Layer 2: onion (cut into small cubes).
Layer 3: potatoes (grated on a coarse grater).
Layer 4: carrots (grated).
Layer 5: eggs (grated).
Layer 6: beetroot (grated).

Each layer is smeared with mayonnaise.
Salad "Herring under a fur coat" should be soaked.

Then my mother's sister and her husband joined us. It was fun.

And this was the center of Mariupol, the Christmas tree was always placed near the Drama Theater, which no longer exists (it was demolished a few days ago).

And this Christmas tree was on the left bank of Mariupol in the Rainbow Park.
