Ever thought about how it would be to live to 200 years old? Is this far-fetched? This video clip raises interesting questions as to how living so long will impact you personally; and what are the big issues that we shall need to have answers for by the time we get there.....

I would not want to out live my child. So if living that long would mean to out live loved ones I would rather not be here to be honest. I believe in after life and it will be much nicer than this anyhow. =D
However I do find it amazing that some want to live that long, and will. Great post @adhdjill very thought provoking. I will be happy to live to 100. Throw me off a cliff if I live a day past it! haha
Your children will probably be outliving you....fortunately. But agree...if quality of life goes because of age related poor health...rolling off a cliff not a bad idea!

Whether living to 200 would be desirable or not would have to do with the process of aging. If aging was spread out evenly over the 200 years, it would be more acceptable. But if you still started having aging issues at say, 70 years of age, it would not be desirable to live 130 more years!
70 would have to be like life is now in our mid twenties, with exuberant health and stamina, to make living to 200 acceptable.
Indeed..... today's 70 is like yesterday's 50....or so we are told. Good health is key...and there are no guarantees. Best is to enjoy each day and hope we reach a good....but not astounding age!
