Yes, anyone can easily become something, the fact that they're currently small or struggling doesn't mean they cannot useful to use.

I see this everyday, people neglecting others on their level because they think these people are not useful them..the biggest advantage we have is to actually be aligned with people on our level who have the same driving spirit.

Provided people are like minded, hardworking, we can always gain from them, irrespective of whatever present situation they're in.

People immediately try to change towards you when they think they can no longer get anything from you, or if they think they deserve others who are up there.
