Very true, the entire market is based on speculation and trust. Money is given value by the amount of trust we instill in it. Feathers, Eggs, Meat, Gas, Oil, etc in history, was considered money. However Litecoin and Bitcoin have a unique property that those items don't have, its divisible, fungible, and transferable. @najoh
