If you switch on the kdp select your book will be more visible and lots of other benefits like the free promotion for 5 Days / countdown sale etc

Write more description, make sure you change the price to $2.99 it will attract more users

And if you buy your own book from a different account and leave a review yourself, then you will get more exposure
