1. INTRODUCTION

During the camp phases of Lost Eidolons, there are various shining points of interest that can be read and are organized under "Books" in your Storage section. While a handful of these items are used to complete sidequests or prestige quests, the vast majority of them do not provide a gameplay benefit and are only there to provide narrative flavor.

These easter eggs can easily be missed since sometimes they are found in non-obvious locations around camp. None of the existing Steam guides seem to catalog their locations, so I thought I would contribute by compiling a comprehensive list.

Note that this is a work in progress and it is quite possible I have missed some! Also please keep in mind that it is possible for some books to be available in multiple locations.

Name	Description
A Song for My Home	A crumpled piece of paper with scrawled lettering and assorted doodles. There's a drawing of an angry face accompanied by the words 'DO NOT READ IF YOUR NOT FRANCISCO'.
Albrecht's Concerns	A book of Albrecht's reflections on the war. A recent passage is bookmarked.
Allied Intelligence	A summary of current affairs, in Marchelle's hand.
Andrea's Diary	Rumpled notes in Andrea's handwriting.
Anonymous Letter	An elegantly-written letter given to Marchelle in Leroyaure. It's addressed to Eden, but unsigned.
Anonymous Note	A piece of writing Robin found around the soldiers' barracks. It seems to be some kind of limerick.
Assignments	A list of orders in Johanna's hand, to be encoded and distributed to courtesans in Balastar's camp.
Balastar's Report	A field report written in Balastar's hand.
Banquet Provisions	A list of supplies for the upcoming banquet, assembled by one of Lord Pau's men.
Call to Arms	A public declaration written by Isoro, for distribution to nearby towns and villages.
Camp Guidelines for New Recruits	A mangled list of camp rules, with revisions in numerous hands.
City-Wide Edict	A proclamation by Guillermo, enforcing Balastar's will on Leroyaure. [Looks like a typo missing the slash italics]
Conditions in Leroyaure	A short note from Marchelle.
Crow Flyer	A flyer for the rebel faction known as Colin's Crows. Often found on the corpses of slain Imperial soldiers.
Emile's Rates	A flyer of services provided by the mercenary Emile, with accompany rates.
Emile's Report	A dispatch from Emile. A bill of service is included.
First Order	From the desk of High Commander Cristobal, to all soldiers of the Army of Benerio.
For Eden	A letter from Leon, slipped quietly among Eden's things somewhere back in Leroyaure.
For Leon	A carefully composed letter from Robere.
For My Old Friend	A letter addressed from Robin to Pavlo.
For Pavlo	A tightly folded letter in Robin's hand. It seems like it was rewritten many times.
Francisco's Complaint	A crumpled letter with heavy writing.
Francisco's Thoughts	A crumpled page torn from a journal, with writing that looks like Francisco's.
Gilbert's Report	Gilbert's notes on the Battle of Castyllian, prepared for his counterparts in the Alliance.
Gilbert's Scribbling	A first draft scrawled on the back of a tavern flyer.
Guillermo's War Plans	A document detailing Guillermo's meticulous overview of the battle against the Empire.
Hellhoundes	A book with a description of hellhoundes.
Homecoming Letter	A letter written in great haste by a certain Lonettan mercenary.
Housekeeping	A letter from Marchelle to Robere.
Isoro's Reflections	A page of private writing in Isoro's hand. It seems to be from some kind of war-journal.
Johanna's Task List	A list of to-do items scribbled by Johanna.
Just in Case	A note left among Eden's things. A message in Robin's handwriting reads:'Just in case.'
Klara's Plans	Personal scribblings, written in Klara's hand.
Klara's Rates and Services	An elegantly written list of services with staggering prices. The paper has a hint of floral fragrance.
Letter for Ma	An unsigned letter. The handwriting seems familiar.
Letter from Gio Feniche	A letter with meticulous, deliberate penmanship, bearing the Feniche family crest.
Letter from Katerina	A letter addressed to me, from Lady Katerina.
Letter from Pavlo	A stack of eager correspondence. The author seems uninterested in the concept of paragraphs.
Letter to a Soldier	A letter in a child's hand, addressed to a soldier in camp. There appear to small damp spots. [Grammar typo]
Linard's Report	Reconnaissance notes. The handwriting seems stiff and formal.
Linard's Journal Entry	A page of Linard's loose thoughts, left laying around.
Lord Matteus's Surrender	A letter of surrender from Lord Matteus of House Svala, leader of Yaruvir.
Mentor's Note	A weathered letter belonging to Albrecht, with handwriting in a feeble scrawl.
Mercenary Charter	A worn scrap of paper with scribbling in Eden's hand. It appears heavily revised.
Mission Report	A summary on the battle at Vyugar, written by Linard.
Missive from King Abramo	A letter written in fancy script, complete with the royal seal of Benerio.
Monster Sightings	First draft of a report on monster sightings in Francisco's handwriting.
Moonlight Farewell	A poem in Francisco's handwriting.
My Pledge	An undelivered eulogy for Isoro, penned by Balastar.
Noble Invitation	A copy of Albrecht's declaration to the great houses.
Noble Pursuits	A book of ladies' crafts. One page has a strange note urgently scribbled into the margins near the bottom, and appears to have been reread many times.
Notice to All Soldiers	A small sheet of paper marked with the Feniche crest and bearing Isoro's signature.
Patrol Guidelines	Orders for camp sentries. The writing appears to be in Balastar's hand.
Public Announcement	Marchelle's first draft of a declaration to the people of Leroyaure.
Regarding Orders	A brief memo from Linard to Marchelle.
Robere's Recipe	Robere's handwritten recipe for Elcapon and Rice Soup.
Robin's Letter	An excitedly written letter addressed to Pavlo of Lonetta.
Sera's List	A neatly folded list of miscellaneous goods. By the look of the elegant penmanship, it appears to be Sera's grocery list, written en route to Castyllian.
Sera's Overview	A summary of the army's logistical situation, accompanied by a longer report. Much, much longer.
Soldier's Journal	A small, discrete journal belonging to a soldier in camp.
Song for Hullisberg	A crumpled poem, written with great intensity.
Stella's Invoice	An invoice for numerous provisions, including expensive chocolates, foreign ales, and spiced jerky.
The Aristan Pledge	A gold-leafed page, taken from a banned book of scripture.
The Life and Times of Verno Krona	The half-finished introduction to the foreword of a manuscript. Albrecht's name is written at the top, in a showy illustrated font.
The Treaty of Three	Eden's copy of a recently signed agreement.
Things We Lost Along the Way	An unsent letter in Robere's handwriting.
Timeworn Passage	An excerpt from an ancient text, recently unearthed from the vaults of Leroyaure.
Unanswered Questions	A page of secretive notes in Linard's crisp penmanship.
Truce Agreement	A letter from Elias, summarizing the terms of an attached treaty.
Vigil for Robin	An announcement flyer for a memorial service organized by Marchelle.
Why Armies Fail	A treatise on military history, belonging to Robere. One passage has been recently highlighted.
