Meme the News: Minneapolis and 17 other democratic cities burning, spacx launch, and I have a bunch of Splinterns

I've been so swamped with work I haven't put together much for meme the news. Also, this week the info is nearly all videos of protests, riots, looting, agent provacatuers, space launches, explosions, and some mayhem in general. 2020 doesn't let up.

On a different note I have a bunch of interns that are going to start working on a Splinterlands themed project. I'm looking forward to seeing what they can put together. If you have certain wishes for splinterlands or hive-engine let me know. We can put the youth to work.

about

Meme the News is a show about conspiracy. It's hosted on mspwaves.com/listen and in discord at http://minnowpond.org. The show leans towards the conspiracy world, but all are welcome to have a open minded conversation about what's going on. Mostly, I'm looking at a pretty epic news feed, sharing some hints of that and talking about what I think I'm seeing, and what the people themselves are sharing. It's like taking a culture pulse.

All are welcome. Just don't be a dick when people disagree with you on the internet.

What I have will be here shortly

Last night's riots were 5 miles away from my house. Just got word an hour ago that some nutjob was walking around two blocks away, brandishing a gun. Shit's getting real tonight, too. National Guard are already using tear gas, and apparently have been authorized to use lethal force.

The world is getting to be more and more of a mess. My heart goes to the oppressed Americans.

I would love to see a good RPG component brought into the game with NPCs spouting the lore etc.

I'm not sure what the interns are capable of; but I'd love to have the option of having the server re-run a given battle 100 times, and spit out the win:loss percentage for that exact matchup.
Sure, I won; but did I get lucky, or would my team win against his most of the time?

Not sure how much load that would add, but even if there was a cost to cover it, I could see it being popular. Wouldn't need to be on-chain.
