keep moving forward

even though it is hard to deal with bad days and weeks and months, you kind of have to keep going and wait for things to get better and at the same time reflect and go to a doctor or counselling to talk about things eating you when the need is there. girlfriend is struggling right now but things are looking a bit more positive so hopefully we are on the upward trend towards happiness and better health.
