Thai Red Curry.

Ingredients:-

  • 10 baby corns.
  • 3 brinjals.
  • 1/2 cup mushroom.
  • 1/2 cup broccoli.
  • 100g beans.
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower.
  • 1 tbsp oil.
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce.
  • 1 tbsp vinegar.
  • 1 tbsp sugar.
  • 1 cup water.

Red curry paste:-

  • 6 red chillies.
  • 1 chopped onion.
  • 8 garlic flakes.
  • 4 basil leaves.
  • salt to taste.

Method:-
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.

  • Grind all the ingredients of the red curry paste to a paste.

  • In a microwave safe bowl, microwave oil at 500W for 30 to 40 seconds.

  • Add red curry paste and microwave at 500W for 8 to minutes. Stir in between.

  • Add all chopped vegetables, 1 cup water and microwave in covered bowl for 10 to 15 minutes at full power. Stir in between.

  • Now add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and water. Microwave for 5 minutes 400W.

  • Keep the bowl covered for 5 minutes.

  • Thai red curry is ready.

  • Serve hot with rice of noodles.

It seems very tasty ...
But which beans will use in this recipe.
And also which vinegar ( apple vinegar, balsamic vinegar, malt vinegar, rice vinegar, cane vinegar etc) is used to prepare this recipe.....
