Hey Everyone,
Today I wanted to publish an article from my side.
We have a lot to distract us. theres always something vying for our attention and its gotten to the point that for many for us,our mind racing all days, shutting it down has bacome a real trial.
A restfull night mey seem like an imposibility to u at this point. perhaps lack of sleep is even somethging you have just come to accept as part of beaing an adult.but sleep issues not necessasaryily come with the teritorry. and there are certain things we can do to help ensure we get as much rest as our body needs.

Watch the sun rise and help reset ur circadian rhythem.
Turn of ur screens and go old school with a bookpaper mag instead
Dont postpone bedtime.
Take a hot shower before bed.
Practice deep relaxation breathing
Meditate regularly to reduce sleep preventing enxiety.
7.Watch out for caffine.
Drink enough water throught the day.
Adjust the room temprature.
Aducate ur self on supplements.
