The Kachanaburi War Cemetry, here lie Austrailain, British and Dutch prisoners of war. They lost there lives while building the Burma Railway during World war 2
Most people come to Kachanaburi to visit The Bridge over the River Kwai, however visiting this beautifully kept cemetery helps understand the fate these people suffered while building the bridge.
I took this photo while visiting Kanchanaburi earlier this year with my Samsung Prime Core Mobile Phone.
