Did you click on the steemconnect link that we sent you?
At first i didnt but i did almost a week ago so that might be it...
If i dont click it, i wont get the steempower back?

Have a look at the delegations menu on https://steemworld.org/@luckyme03200, your delegtions are all listed there, maybe you didn't cancel one properly. You cancel via Steemworld too.
