I love minnowbooster but I think the leasing market isn't yet fixed. Individuals can't lease for community projects and have a nice ROI.
It's only if it was leased by a team of persons or upvoting posts...
If this could be fixed to favour individuals running philanthropic community projects, it'll make more sense...
Just my opinion though!
It is built as a free market so although MinnowBooster can validate real community projects it is up to delegators to decide if they want to support their communities. This is more than fair and makes a lot of sense.
7 day cooldown after delegation makes this not worth it. Maybe if you could get paid upfront

Is there ever any reason why the daily payouts for the leased to market SP would not payout? I'm asking because I usually get my payouts mid to late evening and it's now 10PM and I did not get my usual payout for the day and I know that my leases are still valid because they were for long periods of time that wouldn't even be close to expiring yet. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.
