There will be some upsets especially with such high odds. Just think if you put $10 on each underdog for the next hundred fights even if only 5 had to win you would break even on 200/1.

Betting on underdogs can be a lot of fun and yes, you don't have to win many of them to really come out on top. Extreme underdogs like this are very rare though. Most of the time the fights are +/- 200 or so, so the incentive to bet always on the underdog isn't really there. The house always wins!
