The U.S. fracking industry has over 200 billion in debt. It would collapse if interest rates rise on that debt. In turn this would bring down many Wall Street banks that have lent the frackers money.

As always thank you for your report, very interesting to think about. I like your thoughts on oil as you often see reports coming out of unrest in the middle east when oil prices fall too much. Is it a coincidence? Like most things in this world, there are no coincidences and everything is done for a reason. As for your market predictions, I for one hope you are right, however I believe we will see a further crackdown on the markets and will see a larger correction taking place later this year. Ray Dalio doesn't take 13 billion dollar short positions on the European markets without great cause for alarm.
