RE: Steemit Loan Update for 8/14 - Testing an example of using a steem account as loan collateral

in #money7 years ago

I've seen many generous and kind people since I've been on Steemit. To be honest, the proportion is way higher than in 'real life' - and that's gratifying to witness.

People put out a post asking for help and help arrives almost in the blink of an eye.

Money doesn't solve every problem we have in life, but this Steem Based Community is proving that while money is certainly not 'everything', generosity of spirit as well as pocket can go hand in hand to the benefit of everyone.

I dare say the community has a pretty high 'feelgood' factor when a solution to a problem is found.

I'm grateful to be a small part of such a community.

Well done on this project. Very well done!

I totally agree!
This Steemit community is so much better than the people in town or in the city. So many capable people helping people.

I've seen quite a lot of this wonderful state of mind on here. It really does remind me of a proper community - a tiny village where you can just drop in to borrow a cup of sugar and you return the sugar the following day along with a cake you baked with the sugar you borrowed.

Generosity breeds more generosity, it's like a virus. Once a few people have it, it's quick to spread.

Yes!
A great analogy!
I founded The Garden of Eden 8 years ago and we feed tens of thousands of free meals a year. I like to bread sustainable viruses of thrival!

Thank you very much @michelle.gent!

You're welcome. Thank you - I'm aware of probably only some of the wonderful things you're involved in, and I admire you for your generosity of spirit <3

Everyone is only aware of some of what I am involved in. That's part of the beauty of it. Thank you very much for the admiration of my generosity of spirit. ❤

You're very welcome.

Keep Steemit' on. <3

Haha! That's brilliant :)
