Value is subjective. Value of a weird money-like souvenir can consist of many other factors than just its validity as a medium of exchange. For example, you may want to pay for the joy of showing your odd souvenir for your friends or spark some interesting discussions about the nature of fiat money - with a unique humourful style as you did :)

As many here are interested in cryptocurrencies, speculation must be noted also. Even though the bill would not have any widespread utility function as such, scarcity makes it an object for speculation. Maybe one day curious collectors are willing to pay much more than 2,5 euros for it.
