About three years ago I joined a group shoot at Elsecar Heritage Centre in Yorkshire. Some of my photographer and model friends went too and what a fab day we had.

It was a vintage theme (which suited the location perfectly, with steam trains, vintage tea rooms, etc). The models (as you can see) really went to great lengths and sourced (or created) some vintage clothes and accessories. The day worked well and most photographers came away with some great images.

I would recommend the location it's an interesting slice of history. As a photographic venue it worked really well. Just sadly let down by bad communications. Hopefully though, once this pandemic has finally cleared we might get a chance to revisit the centre.
