Have you ever getup at early in the morning around 6AM. I think those who sleep late at night didn't get to enjoy that awesome atmosphere of early in the morning.
I daily get up at 6AM. After finishing my morning routine I goes to the nearby park. At that time I found mostly old age people doing yoga, morning walk and enjoying the cool atmosphere.
Today when I was doing yoga I saw some children are playing here and there and enjoying ride on cradle. That reminded me of my childhood.
I think everyone of you have enjoyed on a seasaw. It was really enjoying but only with a person of your weight category otherwise you will just feel like hanging on a tree. Hahaha

Last but not least a simple advice to you all wise people that always try to maintain the gap of at least 2 hours between your dinner and going to bed and in that gap try to go for a walk. It will help you to remain healthy. Those who sleep just after having dinner suffers from obesity and heart related problems. Always try to go to bed before 11 PM.
