Have you seen the little mosaics someone makes in Edinburgh? I will have to look out for them next time I'm there. I also saw a story somewhere about a guy who uses mosaics to fill holes in the road. Lots of creative people out there.

And I know that in Lyon in France, there is an artist who also fills the holes in the sidewalks, the road and the walls ... and who does super nice things ...
