"Being rich is having money, being wealthy is having time." - Margaret Bonnano

Look around, look at the person next to you. Look everywhere and look within yourself. Do you want to be rich? Of course you do! And we all want to be rich. But take a moment, think, and ask yourself. Do you want to be rich or do you want to be wealthy? A person can be rich but he doesn't have time for his family, friends and even himself. A person can be rich but he doesn't have a good health because he doesn't have time to take good care of himself. A person can be rich but he's not happy because he couldn't spend with his loved ones, family, friends and in turn, he's not in a good state of mind and he become unhealthy. A wealthy person has all those three; he is rich, happy, healthy. He has time for his family and himself. He knows how life should be, not what it needs to be. A wealthy person possess a wealthy mindset. How can we start shifting our mind to think as wealthy person?

1. Learn To Delegate

Being a great leader whether in businesses or even in your family involves delegating certain things to certain people. Nobody can strive and succeed in this harsh world without the help of others. As an employer, learn how to delegate your employee. Assign certain tasks to certain people with the correct skills. Don't micromanage and put trust in them because this will give them freedom and it'll spark creative growth. When you feel there's something wrong in your family, talk to your wife, your parents, and set a family meeting. The meeting is not to judge or put the blame on certain someone, but to listen, share and help each other without leaving anyone behind.

2. Focus On Your Strength

Einstein once said that everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live it's whole believing it is stupid. Have you jot down a list of what are your strengths and weaknesses? If you haven't, then it is best for you to start doing it. If you have, then which one do you focus more? Focus on your strength and let go of the things you can't do. The more you improve the density of your strength, the more they will trump the weaknesses you always glance, which would be a waste of time.

3. Be productive, not busy

If you don't have time for something, it only means that you don't have priorities. There's a thin line between being productive and being busy. You could be busy with work all days, taking calls, meeting people and sending emails to every people on this planet earth, but at the end of the day, did you achieve your daily goals? Did you multitask but did not finish a single work? Everything was left in the middle? In this era of distraction, stop multitasking, and start prioritizing. Set your routine or schedule based on the urgency of each phase of work. Less is more.

4. Invest In Yourself

The most profitable ROI you will ever get is by investing in yourself. At the end of the day, it comes down the most basic rule: you reap what you sow. Read more books. Learn new skills that could benefit you and others. Travel the world and meet other people. You can have other interests in life. In fact, you should have. Successful and wealthy people don't sit on their desk more than 12 hours, taking calls and replying emails. They find balance. They harmonize between professional and personal side of life. Because inspiration and ideas doesn't come when you staring into your computer screen. That 'Aha!' moment comes when you let your mind free, to roam and wonder without any limits and impossibilities.
