Many people think that qualities like confidence, communication, creativity, motivation, focus, courage, and determination are something you are born with. I believe those qualities are learned life skills that anyone can master if they are willing to apply themselves
Back in school, much of what we learnt was difficult to focus on because it had little practical value. But as live goes on, more is demanded....
Creative work first.
As with life, mindless work drains energy and lowers your focus. In order to focus effectively, get on with the creative tasks first or that which requires concentration, then move on to easier work, like scheduling meetings to later in the day.Deliberately allocate your time
For most people, they focus best in the morning or late at night, and studies show that 90 percent of people do their best thinking outside the office. Note where and when you focus best, then allocate your toughest tasks for those moments.Train your mind
When multitasking is the norm, your brain adapts quickly. Hence, train your mind to concentrate by Turning off all distractions and commit your attention to a single task. Start with five minutes per day, and work up to a larger chunks of time. If you find your mind wandering, just return to the task at hand.
Let's get the conversation going!!!
