As we all know, our university degree is just the beginning before we move on to business or career. University teaches according to the syllabus whereas complete education is when learning is a lifelong process.

To all young graduates that are blooming with high confidence, one fact for sure is great leaders believe in one thing which is lifelong learning because that is the only thing that constant while other things keep on changing.

The economy, market, skills, technology is some aspects of our life that keeps on growing. Today's demand and need will change in few years down the road.

We will never contend with feeling completed in this life due to the fact that new things always pop up for us to explore.

I always appreciate the growth of knowledge and comprehension together with a progressive mindset towards lifelong learning will open up opportunities. However, that is not the only benefit in perspective of lifelong learning. The other 4 aspects are as follows:

1.Learning can help us to find our passion

Some of us don't have a problem in finding our passion but the same cannot be said for others. A lot of learning and self-exploration in particular field in order to find a passion. The more we read the more we know about people and things, subsequently the more peer topics we have the easier our chance to find someone that can help us in finding our passion by stimulating or creativity and curiosity.

2.Learning gives us purpose

As our learning develops, we will have more awareness, understanding and appreciation towards life and what we can contribute to our life. If we are stick to our comfort zone, chances are we become satisfied and feel our self-value becomes stagnant.

However, if we encourage our mind to try out new things, we will be rewarded a new potential and awareness that we can contribute to ourselves and also the community in valuable ways.

3.Learning to enable us to adapt and change

Human achieved progression until now because of the ability to solve a problem and adapt to changes according to a situation. In this modern age, progress in every aspect of our life is moving so fast. One way to catch up with progress is by learning.

Although we are afraid to embrace change, we actually more able to fit into new ideas, technologies and environment. Just look at some elderly people that can use smartphones, tablets and laptops.

4.Learning makes this world a better place.

Think about social and medical progression, how technology changes the way we communicate and understand each other. Of course, our world is not yet complete since there are a lot of things not yet explored but if we look back how far we have come since past centuries and decades, we are now living more comfortably due to our effort to learn and explore.

Conduct coupled with views maturate with learning and the more we understand the world that we nuance, we will become more effective in handling any problems that going to hit us.
