So often,we make the mistake of believing that sticking to good habits is a do-or -die affair (I say we because I've been there before).
We act like if our relationship fails or don't work out ,then we weren't meant to be loved.
We act like if we slip in our diet or workout routine.then we weren't meant to be loved.
These beliefs are not correct.Habits are behavior we repeat consistently. However, they are not behavior that we repeat perfectly.Consistency does not require perfection.Missing a single day of a particular habit does not have an impact on your long term ability to stick to the habit. You have to find a way to stick to the habit and not default.you have to find a way to get back on track and continue working harder because the mistake does not alter the long term outcome.
When you find yourself in a sticky situation, only you have the power to declare you took a wrong turn and only you can decide when its time to get back on track.
LIFE IS FULL OF SECOND CHANCES.BE WILLING TO TAKE THEM
