There definitely is a difference, but not because of being a man or a woman, it's just that human beings all have different types of intelligence, and the intelligence is present in different aspects, for example I am very good with numbers but I find programming beyond my abilities, and I know men and women who are very good at programming and yet I run circles around them with numbers.
So as a summary I think that everyone is more intelligent than every other person in some thing but also less intelligent in others, regardless if the person is a man or a woman.
