One of the greatest impact steemit can have on one apart from meeting and socialising with great minds like yourself is that you can't stop learning new things everyday.
Many questions have been running through my mind lately and I know many minnows like me are asking the same question, 'how do I really break through? How would I improve my earnings and the best answers I have gotten is to post quality content.
I'm not disputing the fact that quality content is great but what other tips can do I need? And @redfishpillar brought this initiative for minnows to ask questions.
Many minnows like me are already getting answers to their questions but one that struck was from @cbcheng
Aside from providing high quality posts, what else can you do to make your post recognizable to many steemians?
And this wonderful response from @surpassinggoogle just explained it all for me
Make it recognizeable to yourself and it will draw people in. If you tickle yourself, it is very hard to make yourself laugh. The moment you start to marvel at your own creation, you are doing greatness. Plus, it is not totally about high quality, there is also a behavior paradigm and the human factor, so build connections and this takes time, so pace things. People you see earning, had a history and may do sleepless nights behind the scene. Moreover build your own whale. You are ceo of steem, build your portion of it. Be leader. Bring your community here on steem, take them to greatness. Take your steem to the moon
What are the key points there?
- It is not totally about high quality
- Build connections, it takes time so pace things
3.people you see earning, had a history - Build your own whale
- You are CEO of steem
- Bring your community

Hello, @jaynene. I really appreciate the mention of my pet project, @redfishpillar and I in your article. Besides, I like your good sense of humour, "shift let me sit down, give me coke and popcorn" . 😂😂😂😂. I am only about 6 months in steemit and still learning. There is still so much to learn. As the old saying goes, the day you stop learning is the day you start dying. Enjoy the weekend!
Thanks ma'am. Glad you like it
