"Best" means a stop, better is always better.
I am sure whenever we say we did our best but the result was not satisfying, it is frustrating. Maybe, it is truth for today. However, I really hope (for myself) that I could improves even for 0.1% tomorrow, so I could get it done better. Same for businesses, technologies/competencies keep improving . Something unsolvable today may have solution tomorrow.
