The conscious is in control of the habits. Every time we have to make a decision about why to leave, slow down, and why it is okay to include a reason or hold it forward. Those habits are a strong one. The more times we choose to push, the habit will become stronger. It takes time and purpose to try these habits. But once a person develops in the gym, making it as easy as trying to work hard for the second minute, they can apply what they have learned for the rest of their life. They will learn to take a hard road so that they get more challenging. They will learn to try extra in daily tasks. Whoever you are, depends entirely on the level of your efforts, which is being extended to you in what you want to be. Many people have their excuse, "You know, it's very hard to do." Okay that it is believed to be F * Harding. If it grows stronger and makes muscle easier, then there will be no development, there will be no resistance. There is nothing to force you to become stronger And most importantly, the most important gift you receive by taking action in your dreams is not achieving your F * dreaming dreams. By being challenged by you, by the challenges, and by being difficult, you are becoming stronger and becoming a strong version for you. When you are working and you just die, feel the pain in your feet, because you get rid of one more piece.
