If you allow the fruit to mature more than this, the gill structure will darken and turn completely blue. This happened at the second part of this harvest, unfortunately no photos were taken.
I was expecting that after the dehydration process that the mushroom wouldn't be as pretty, but I was wrong! It's still absolutely incredible to look at it.
I haven't tried them, yet. I have plenty now so I'll be trying them soon!
