This is a video by Charles Moothart for the band FUZZ from their upcoming album III. Someone in the comments on YouTube said that it sounds like if Ty Segall did a collab The Raconteurs, which may give a frame of reference to some people and may just be random words/names to others.

Their label's website indicates that the album was recorded "under the sonic lordship of Steve Albini" which explains how it sounds so nasty and so clear and crisp at the same time.
Anyway, if you like fuzzy, heavy psychedelic pop then I think you may just like this song by Fuzz.
