Some say you shouldn’t let creativity out too early, i think you shouldn’t worry about it. Creativity is all about iteration.
This is a home recording of a new song my band KALDERA is working on. this is not a perfect recording, but gives you a feel for the song. We have received good feedback on this song in our live shows.
This is an iteration of this song, in a few month we will record this in a studio, and by then im sure the song will have several little adjustments.
I love the entire process of making music and hearing some of the first recordings, then to this recording, which is getting close, the song is formed, it just needs little tweaks and obviously a more pro sound, but this is just an easy garage band edit and for the purpose of where we are now with the song…it works.
Really playing live is what its all about for me, live is where the song takes on it final flares, where you can find little openings, or drag out key moments.
Anyway, if you do choose to listen, just know this is the sound of creation in progress.
