Thank you!
Hey Team! First off I'd like to send a big thank you to everyone who's participating and following our journey to writing a song together. I really really really cannot do this without your help so I'm so humbled to have you with me on this.
Update on #Day2
Quirky and Light-Hearted
There were so many great submissions for Day 2 that it would be a shame to pick only one suggestion . With that said, I've decided to take two suggestions from the submissions to include in our songwriters list and add to the color we are working towards making.

Fun - Carry On
This song has a sonic journey unlike somethings I've tried to create in the past. The lyrics and musicality blend so well that we can focus on using this song as a guide to keeping our song exciting. Consistently changing use of instruments is what we barely realize in songs so thank you for submitting this guide.
@Perennial
Fools Garden - Lemon Tree
What a surprise this was when I first listened to this one. I've heard this song on multiple occasions in Open-Mics and Live Performances but never the original version. The song is rich and packed with history that has made me realize why everyone loves this song. It's production quality is top notch and the catchy chorus might be a good place for us to use this reference.
Summary
Due to the incredibly hard choice of choosing the style we are going for, I've decided to include two songs as reference. I think we can sum it up to us making the song Quirky and Light-Hearted.
Day 3 - Color
The color of a song (Not referring to the Musical Definition of Color)
Color in how I am defining it is the feeling you get when you listen to the song by deciding on what kind of landscape or situation you would listen to this song.
For example:
A photo of Walking in the City would create a feeling with these laws:
130 beats per-minute - People naturally walk to this tempo in the city
Traffic and sounds of business
Very grey or monochrome
Lyrically including relatable words
Bouncy reverberation
Day 3 Submission
Submit a photo of a Landscape or Situation
This is one of my favorite parts of writing a song. Submit a simple photo of a Landscape or Situation that you could imagine yourself listening to a song about Smiling at the Hurdles of Life that's Quirky and Light-hearted.
For example:
