Music is like everyone's best friend. Without music life is going to be boring. I went visiting a music studio recently to accompany my friend to do some drum recording. I always wanted to know what it's like inside a studio. I've only seen it online if my fav rappers/musician did a behind the scene when they were in the middle of the recording. This music studio I went to, is one of the popular ones in Bali. Owned by two musicians called Duo Percussion. They are quite popular in Indonesia.
Here are the pictures I took when I visited the studio.
Their Achievements
DP studio is located on Sunset Road. If you're based in Canggu you need around 20minutes to get there. Also if there's traffic it could take longer. But the location is in a big road and not hard to find.
For a music studio is actually quite small. But they really have good recording tools. If you're a singer and just started your career and need crew to help you to add the spice in your music/songs you can definitely ask them for it.
This is the guy that helped my friend to add some drum instruments to his song. He is a professional drummer so don't worry he will not disappoint you. He know what he is doing like Chachababe doing 'Chacha thing', you know what I'm saying 😗.
Bali's art affected artists
You'll find people from around the world as digital nomads in Bali. Especially some areas like Canggu and Seminyak. Bali is truly their fav hotspot. Working from Bali that's what they say. Not only for digital nomads but also artists. Bali is full of ideas for eople that are into arts. I personally think that Bali's culture really affected artist for their personal ideas.
Actually bali has a very creative population, is known for gamelan, theater play, handcraft and fine art drawing. You'll find art in every places in Bali.
About Tommy Multiverse
Tommy Multiverse is a musician from Austria that is seteled in Bali. He write and produce his songs by himself. His genre is actually indie rock but now he is producing electronic music as well. You gotta listen to his songs. They're all easy to listen and the music videos are also dope. Here I'll drop a link of one of his song.
Morning Sun music video was shot in Uluwatu and Canggu. The one in Uluwatu was in a cliff called Karang Boma. The view from up there is amazing. Chachababe never lie, when I said Bali would never dissspoint you, I mean it.
My experience in Bali so far
I've been living in Bali for almost 8months. I decided to leave all the city life things behind and become an island babe. As I live here now for some months, I've met so many talented people. Local artists, even international ones. I know you what's in your mind._ "How?"_ right? Circle of friendship is actually affected alot. Easiest way is go to some party and meet new people.
I'm not saying that I've been partying hard here well I'm on that middle stage of partying I guess. Attend a party not to just have some drinks and enjoy the music. Go say hi and make friends. That is the quickiest and easiest way to make new friends. They might bring and introduce you to influential people or it actually could be them without you knowing. It happens sometimes. And that is a bonus.
Meeting new people is affected me quite much. I always take the positive things out of it. Now that I'm blogging is because my friend knows that I love writing and he introduced me of Hive. I used to have a blog when I was in middle school. Mostly are funny stories but all my friends loved it. It makes me think why not I'm back on writing. So here I am on Hive!
My stage name here is Chachababe. I think it sounds cute and IDGAF of what yall think. Lol. My blog is actually all mixed up. I write about what I like or what I'm currently doing. At first I wanted to just focus on writing that related to crypto. What makes I changed my mind? I realized it that I'm now live in Bali and why not try to post about travel and shows you this beautiful island. Gladly the respond I get for my first travel article wasn't that bad. I'll keep doing posting travel article about places in Bali and I promise you all gonna like it and makes you want to visit Bali someday or even soon
