Between the beautiful plucked string intro, the general slow flow of the tune and the incredibly powerful lyrics this song takes me me to a place where every hair on my body stands up. Halsey has to be one of my favourite vocalists this decade, hands down.

Hello again, friend. I hope you are doing well. How is your zombie foot?
I've noticed your Song of the Day posts here and there but it didn't register with me until this evening. I've not watched this Halsey video but I know her name and it dawned on me that you might be watching videos and listening to music often.
Klye, this stuff is bad for you.
I wonder if you'd consider a music fast, for starters. I know of someone who could help you see how bad this media that is pushed on us really is. His work may be shocking at first but I promise you what he has to say is very important. He's here on Steemit as @fakenewsreport and his name is Jeff C. I would suggest this video since we are talking about music.
Have you ever done a fast? A cleanse? It's amazing the clarity of mind.
I'm doing alright I guess. Can't really complain. The zombie foot seems to be alive and kicking with the zombie symptoms gone, thank fuck. I try to listen to as much music as I can throughout the day, given preferably music of my own choice with a subwoofer somewhere in the mix. Most of what I listen to isn't music with vocals, primarily dubstep.
I'm aware the mainstream media isn't exactly designed to bring an enriching experience to the psyche and while some would say this song above is well known, that strikes me as impressed. I had no idea Halsey was widely known.
As for the music fast.. you may be as insane as I am to ask of such things, Music is life, one of the only escapes that can bring me to a somewhat resting state which is nice. I've done a "conventional" fast as in not eating for
xamount of days but certainly found it to be more of a stress causer than a cleansing effect.Will check out the dudes newsfeed and see what he's posting. Take er easy.
