Actually, I have read about this topic just recently. To answer your question, no, definitely no.
There are no statistics actually supporting this statement, nor any scientific proofs. In fact, people (I mean, majority of us) only have sex at night. Therefore, naturally, all those night sexes eventually lead to pregnancies. The chance of having male or female baby is essentially the same.
We can agree that (traditionally and now) most people work during the day and so have not a lot time to have sex. If night-time sex would leed to more boys, there would always have been a surplus in boys ;)
