Needs some nutrients from seashells! Well I guess this seashell has it.
This is locally called torong torong in Cebu. Cooking this is so easy.
You just need ginger, siling espada, spring onions and onions as ingredients.
But most importantly, if you will consume the soup, cleaning it is a tedious job. Scraping its hairy covering or weeds is necessary.
Upon cooking, be sure not to overcooked it, otherwise it is difficult to get its meat. Or you need a hammer to break it, which is a messy thing, so that you can eat the meat.
But if you are very sensitive to this kind of food, be sure to eat it those freshly catch seashells.
