I am thinking in terms of events like walk-a-thon where people sponsor walkers at so much $ per mile and the money goes to the cause or charity.
So, this will be "blogging for scholarsPH" fund raising:
- s/he who is able to give can sponsor or co-sponsor, and
- s/he who is not able to give STEEM or SBD blog and resteem for scholarsPH
You can come up with the idea or topic for the contest and it'll be your contest that I'll sponsor or co-sponsor.

The idea of a contest, "blogging for scholarsPH", is to get more people involved.
Even if those who don't have the resources to give - they can give their time, raise awareness, and spread the word.
See? You have great ideas! Event outside of Steemit did not even cross my mind. Let me think about it, or maybe even ask around for more suggestions, including the execution. 👍
