Aloe Vera - One of the best source to nourish your hair Naturally

in #naturalmedicine4 years ago

We have a very busy life nowadays and its very hard to maintain good healthy diet and consequently our hair start to get weaker day by day. I am not a fan to shortcuts and inorganic solutions because they always have some side effect. I studied benefits of applying Aloe Vera to hair and I was supper stoked to see its value and reviews from other people I know. So I bough small plant from nursery and had my own in my home. This plant requires minimal water and very less care. You may have to water it after a week when mud start to get dry. You do have to save it from excessive sunlight. Furthermore, once you have used a part of it, you can bury it again mud and it will start to grow, isn't it amazing

Apply this paste on your skin and leave for atleast 30 minutes. You don't have to believe myth of applying it for half day or whole. It is known research that your hair absorb nutrients in 10-30 minutes easily. I hope it does prove beneficial for your hair too because mine are getting so much better now.

I have a tree in my garden ia about to die and getting sick . If i do your methode it could help?
I support you and your nice idea

Yes, it can
Thank you

I do this very often too, as well as oil masks with a bit of honey since those ingredients are also deeply moisturising.

I'd just be cautious of using lemon since the acidity can cause your hair to dry out, or in this case, make the mixture less moisturising. It can also cause your hair to naturally lighten if you go out in the sun, and it's not as harsh as bleach! Great post :)

Thank you very post and I am grateful to you for sharing your wisdom with us

i have many plants of Aleo vera at home. But some one told me that, it can make our hair brown or white? i mean it is not good for hair. Right?

That is a myth, in fact it can help you retain your original color
