Moving on now to our daily shots for Tuesday, a scene early on a chilly morning at lower Session Road in Baguio City, here's a young couple strolled in cozy jackets and sweaters, the young lady checking her phone mentioning something to her man. The street was somehow quiet with less traffic and a serene atmosphere and less noise. Behind them were also other early risers also wrapped in warm jackets aa they walked leisurely going uphill enjoying the crisp mountain air.
Here's a group of students huddled together under shared umbrellas while they were braving the heavy rain. Their faces showed a mix of determination and discomfort as they tried to stay dry but the relentless pouring left little escape for them. The cold air added to their struggles. Despite the challenge, they pressed on and seemed laughing and supporting each other at the later moment as if they're turning a difficult moment into an splash adventure 😆.
Then at a designated taxi stand were a couple of women and a man stood in jackets for the cool air. They appeared to be waiting perhaps for a ride or someone to arrive. One of the women noticed me taking their photo and gave a curious glance with her expression a mix of surprise and amusement. Together with other passing people, the scene captured a fleeting moment of urban life where strangers cross briefly and leaving a quiet story of anticipation and connection that may only happen once.
Lastly were these four men stood beneath the overpass outside the metal fences of the Igorot Park while seeking shelter from the heavy rain. They watched as the park was drenched, the downpour turning the solid concrete ground into a shimmering pool. The rain showed no sign of stopping while pouring relentlessly for over thirty minutes. These men of all ages remained still patiently waiting. It was a moment of stillness during the storm where time seemed to pause under the rhythmic sound of falling rain.
