Was just looking over some photos from this past fall of a trip I took out to Montana. We stayed in the Gallatin Gateway area which is between Bozeman and Big Sky. Speaking of Big Sky, if you havent watched the series Id highly recommend it, along with the television show Yellowstone which is what actually inspired my trip there.
Seeing these photos has me wanting to go back so bad. Im actually on AirBNB as I type this looking to book another trip out there in the fall.
Id highly recommend the Gallatin Gateway area if anyone is looking to visit. Good proximity to Bozeman and Big Sky. Not too far from Yellowstone, and tons of stuff to do right in your backyard.
That cliff looks like you could practically wingsuit jump off that mountain!
I wanna say it was about 7,000 feet up. Had a blast up there at the top. The next day my gf and I went climbing another mountain and had an encounter with a bear on the trail. She lost her shit and ran screaming, exactly what you're not supposed to do lol. We made it out of there though.
